Dance Dress

Where can I get a really awesome dance dress?

My 8th grade dance is a month away.
I blew off getting my dress, 'til now because I wanted to wait until everything was out.
I have a pretty high budget, (dress under $400)
But, I'm not 100% sure where to get it,
I don't want a plain, normal dress either.
I want something with edge, or color.
Please help me,
