How can you give the illusion of a flatter stomach if you have a too-tight satin dress for grad?

- i'm already a small person (size 0, sometimes 00) but i have a bit of a tummy and trying to lose the weight but it's not doing much. The dress is a bit too tight and my stomach looks alot bigger than it really is when i'm wearing the dress. Is there any way i can fix this? or can i wear something underneath?
