Regular maintenance

To keep your carpets looking their best, it is recommended that you vacuum your carpets twice a week for two people, or more frequently if you have heavier traffic, the more the better. Use a good quality vacuum cleaner. Remove shoes when entering the house and wear sock or slippers.

Professional Carpet Cleaning

New carpet warranties require cleaning every twelve to eighteen months to keep them valid. The best approach is regular maintenance, where high used areas and traffic lanes, are cleaned frequently (every three to six months). The less used carpet areas, such as bedrooms etc., are cleaned less often. Your carpet will last years longer and your home will be healthier.

Cleaning Spills and Removing Spots

Most people do not know the difference between spots and stains. Spots are caused by a foreign material, that is present on or around a fiber. Stains are caused by dies from a foreign material absorbed into the fiber, and they can stay with you forever.

Regularly, we are able to safely remove permanent stains with our new specialized stain removers, but not always, and it can be costly. It is safer and less costly to act immediately. Most stains that are allowed to dry over night, will become more difficult to remove. This also applies to hot tee, and especially coffee as they become heat set, so whenever possible, always deal with spills as soon as they happen.

Spot Removal Tips

1. Blot up any surface liquid, or in the case of a spill with solids, carefully remove as much of the solids with a spoon.

2. Use Action ChemDry's professional spot remover to address spots, or cold water/ club soda to dampen the whole spot area.

3. Using the bottom of a spoon as you agitate the Action ChemDry solution on and around the spot area.

4. With the cleaning cloth, (white terry cloth works best), apply pressure and blot up the liquid. Never rub the stain, or you could permanently damage the carpet or fabric.

5. It may be necessary to repeat the process several times on particularly stains. While turning the towel to a clean section, and checking for transfer of staining material.

6. For large wet stains, when transfer no longer occurs, fold the clean towel into a pad, place on area , and weight with books or other heavy objects to force remaining moisture into the towel.

Emergency Stains and Spills

There are some stains and spills that are impossible for you, the householder, to address. The ChemDry professional has the knowledge, equipment and solutions necessary to remove most stubborn stains. We therefore recommend that in the event of such an emergency, the following procedure will minimize damage. Here the things that you should do:

1. Act immediately before the spills or stains spread too far or penetrate the fiber

2. Scrape up as much as possible with a spoon

3. Always work towards the center of the spillage to avoid spreading

4. Blot up liquids with a clean cloth towel or paper towel

5. Use plain warm water to dampen and blot the spill without rubbing

6. Keep the spill/stain moist with a little water, and keep a damp cloth over the area until help arrives

7. Call your local carpet cleaning expert immediately

It's not uncommon for homeopaths to hear from their returning patient that nothing has happened. However, on closer inspection;
Q - "Do you still get those daily headaches?"
A - "No, they went just after I saw you."
Q - "What about your sore knee. You were having trouble with it giving way suddenly.'
A - "That's almost completely gone now. I don't think about it very much."
Q - "When you were here a month ago, you said your energy was really low, you had to drag yourself out of bed in the morning and went to bed early. How's that doing?"
A - "Well, I'm not exactly bouncing out of bed now, but I'm not dragging myself out either. And I find I'm not falling asleep in front of the television, in the evening either."
Q - "Did you say nothing had happened?"
A - "You've reminded me what I was like a month ago. I've moved on. Things just slipped noiselessly away. I didn't notice them go."

Isn't homeopathy great? It's so effective, you just don't notice ailments disappearing, as they go so easily. So it's a good idea to make notes and quite detailed ones at that. Then you can go back and see how you've moved on.

Maintaining a garden in an ocean front location is not all blooming hibiscus and scented plumeria. Extreme conditions such as high winds and drought can play havoc on the sturdiest landscape. When planning your ocean front garden, you need to do you homework. Here are some flowers that love to bloom in the toughest of environments.

Rugosa Rose: This Siberian native knows all about tough climates. the Rosa rugosa endures extreme temperature shifts, drought, wind and salt spray. Expect scented blooms from string to fall accompanied by colorful rose hips that will attract the birds.

Lavender: A hearty plant in most climates, and tolerates sandy soil well. Position the plant in front of your roses for a fragrant walkway. The bushy shrub also hides the bare rose stems.

South American Verbena: This is a nice complement to your lavender with its showy lavender/purple blooms on stems that can extend up to 6 feet tall. Butterflies love this plant.

Daylily: These do well in most climates and have a variety of colors and patterns to choose from. When not in bloom, their grassy foliage makes a nice border.

Hydrangeas: This delicate looking plant is actually a pretty tough cookie and doesn't mind wind and salt. It's wise to plant it in a partially shaded area where it will get the morning sun and afternoon shade. Set up an irrigation drip for this one, hydrangeas don't tolerate drought very well. To keep it blooming, trim off the old flowers as soon as they start to fade.

People like me that are taller than most have the same problem.
What you need to do is find a good tailor shop and have them tailor down to your size what you like off the rack.
The only other option is to have your clothes tailor made and that is expensive.

The big question "Can you Earn Extra Income Online?"

 If you have been researching this like I have been you will find the Answer always seems to be either NO everything is a scam if you have to pay for a job it is a scam, real jobs you don't have to pay for. I agree if you are looking for any actual JOB where you have a boss that dictates to you what and when you do your job there should never be a fee involved.
 Or you get a great big YES sign up here I am making $$$BIG$$$. Allot of these programs have high fees but big promises to be rich doing nothing and making money over night. Wow these are very enticing get rich over night doing nothing how can it get any better then that? Realistically the person getting rich are the people you signed up under and the people above that person.

The things I have tried.
What about paid surveys? I did not find this out until recently but most paid surveys are offered by an Affiliate marketer who gets paid when you sign up. I signed up for a survey program some time back I did receive allot of surveys to complete that paid money to complete them so they are not a scam they are real. Unfortunately  the pay was very low for the time spent doing these surveys. For the most part a couple of dollars per survey more often then not you get entered into a drawing for a large prize or you earn points. So not very profitable. There is another company I signed up for that actually paid very well for doing surveys 60$-120$ for one hour surveys but you had to qualify. Example you had to of had certain medical conditions or taken certain medication in the last five years. you answer a few brief questions and then they let you know if you qualified to do the survey. I never qualified for these surveys.

I also did project payday this was basically free to join. I had to sign up for a free trial I did the Block Buster one and then canceled so it was really free to join. I did it for a little bit and I did make some fast cash in just a day or two. It does work. For me personally I am just to disorganized to keep track of what I signed up for so I did not do it for long but like I said you can make some fast cash doing it there were allot of people in this program making a pretty decent amount of extra income online.

I have also signed up for Social networking sites that say they pay you for being a member and bringing new members and they were also free. I have only recently joined these. Just out of curiosity more then anything. As of yet I have seen no extra income online and found them to be a complete waste of my time. But to be fair   it may be to early to tell.

I have also signed up for Wealthy Affiliate I have been a member now for almost two weeks. The reason I signed up for Wealthy Affiliate is because it did not promise to make me rich over night. And although I would love to be rich over night, realistically I would like to learn if you can earn extra income online, and how. So far it has taught me many things. It has great resources and many tools and lots of support from the members. Again only being in it for a couple of weeks I am very please with my very small investment. The information I have found at Wealthy Affiliate would have taken me forever to find on my own so it has saved me lots of time doing research. With the forums if I get stuck I can get an answer Immediately instead of searching the Internet and filter out the bull trying to find a real answer.
