The method I use to fit a T-shirt is I turn it inside-out, lay it out on the floor, get another t-shirt I have that fits me well, lay it over the bad shirt. Then, trace around it in tailor's chalk or pencil, remove the fitted shirt. Pin along the traced lines, and try it on (with the pins still in it) to see if it fits right.
If it's good, sew along the pin line removing the pins as you go. Then, cut off the excess fabric as close as possible to the seam, and turn it back outside out.
Voila! A cute, fitted shirt!

Merriam–Webster's Collegiate Dictionary (11th edition) describes the bikini as "a woman's scanty two-piece bathing suit", "a man's brief swimsuit" and "a man's or women low-cut briefs".

Mini Micro Bikinis

Basically, these are what you might call 'extreme bathing suits' designed to cover only the minimum parts of your body. Supposedly patterned along the lines of garments worn by tribal peoples in various warm climates, micro bikinis typically possess the following features:

Fashion observers believe the mini micro originated to combat anti-nudity legislation passed in some states in the 1970s. Initially, the homemade bathing suits were nothing more than leftover pieces of fabric, sewn together with thin twine or fishing line. Inevitably, local shops picked up on the idea and began to make more practical styles using modern materials.

These bikinis serve a double purpose.

a. They adhere to the barest norms of decency, so you can't actually throw legislation at the wearer
b. They titillate, and how!

Obviously, to flaunt your assets, you need to make sure they look pretty darned good. Here's where waxing plays such an important role.

Micro bikinis

Essentially, micro bikinis are bikinis combining a micro bikini top and a thong bikini bottom. Needless to add, it is scantier and more revealing than traditional bikinis and hence its name.
Buying micro bikinis

· A word of warning: you need to be careful that you don't opt for a string bikini when you mean to buy a micro bikini. There are enough illustrated examples online to show you the difference.

· Numerous sites offer essential advice like how to shave your bikini line (hairy exposures will NOT do). Make sure your pubic area in particular is well shorn.

· Choose the fabric well. Test your skin for itches and allergic rashes, particularly since you will be spending a lot of time in the sun wearing your bikini

· Have plenty of sunscreen handy. You need to use liberal doses all over your body since you obviously will not have much on in terms of protection from the sun's rays!

since you already Have the pattern, all you really need is to choose shades that are darker & complement each other. eg. if the present skin tones are in pinks/beige [i'm not very good at Naming colors ;-/] & there are 4 shades, then choose 4 shades of browns that will have the same degree of difference [between themselves] as the former.

Or, you could start with the 'darkest' of the 4 pinks - use this as the starting point or as the lightest shade of the new dark tones. then choose the rest of the 3 shades in darkening tones, following the same principle.

also, take the pattern And the cloth to the shop while buying the skeins. place the skeins on the cloth & it will help you decide whether the colors will go well with the cloth And the entire pattern.

i do this often since, even when i'm using a book pattern, i don't get the same brand as recommended. hence i have to improvise a lot. but it all comes together in the end.

As compared to breast fed babies, the formula-fed babies are more prone to illnesses.

Breast milk or formula provides all your baby's calcium needs initially. Calcium helps teeth and bones and promotes overall strength. Good sources later include: cow's milk, fortified soy milk and orange juice, cheeses, molasses, dark green vegetables, beans, lentils and tofu.

Whole grains such as wheat, rice, corn, kasha, millet, and quinoa are unrefined seed foods. Beans such as lentils, black beans, pinto beans, lima beans, and chickpeas are unrefined seed foods. Nuts including peanuts, walnuts, almonds, and pecans are unrefined seed foods. And edible seeds such as sesame, sunflower, and pumpkin are unrefined seed foods.
