You sound exactly like me, I have blonde hair blue eyes and I'm a little bit tan. I personally hate both of those colors on me. Brown, I just don't like how it looks with my hair color, and yellow just blends with my skin and hair too much. I think blue and green compliment with blonde hair the best, and make my eyes pop!
