A new airline called Mexicana Link was recently launched by the Mexicana Group. Flights are scheduled to take off from Monterrey and Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta. A minimum number of four flights will take off for each destination daily. The launch for Mexicana Link was scheduled for the beginning of April, but it launched earlier than expected. Tips For Black Hair Care

Black hair is chemically the same as other types of hair, but it has a unique physical structure that requires special hair care techniques. If you have Black hair, here are some tips to help your hair look and feel its best.

1. Avoid overwashing your hair. Straight and wavy hair tends to get oily very quickly because of its structure. This is why it has to be washed quite often. Black hair is different. It doesn't get oily quickly because of its tightly curled structure. This structure keeps sebum, the natural oil that the scalp produces, from flowing along the hair shaft in Black hair. That is why Black hair is dry, and that is why it should not be overwashed. Too much washing will cause it to dry out even further.

2. Use hair care products made specifically for Black hair. Black hair is drier and more delicate than other types of hair, and it needs lots of moisture to stay healthy. Many hair care products are designed to strip moisture out of the hair, and this is the opposite of what Black hair needs.

3. Avoid brushing your hair. Use a wide toothed comb, or your fingers, to work with your hair. Brushes can destroy Black hair by shearing it out of the scalp.

4. Avoid sleeping in hair accessories such as curlers, barrettes, scrunchies, head bands, etc. Wearing these kinds of accessories when sleeping puts unnecessary stress on the hair and can lead to hair damage.

5. Work with your hair to try and find a hairstyle that doesn't put tension on your scalp. Many Black women suffer from traction alopecia from wearing tight braids, extensions, hair pieces, hair rubbers, and wigs. If worn frequently, these will pull the hair out and cause the hairline to recede. One style that is easy to do with medium length natural Black hair is to wet the hair, gently comb it, smooth it back and gather it into a scrunchie. Just be sure to take the scrunchie out at night. Another style for natural Black hair that is short in length is to wear a soft fabric headband around the head. Match the headband fabric to the color of your outfit for a nice look.

Effective moisturizers penetrate the hair to get inside the hair shaft and provide much needed moisture. Most black hair care products deemed as moisturizing do not actually moisturize it, but add a coating to the outside of the hair. Deep condition regularly. If your conditioner regimen isn't working, try a "deep condition" once or twice a month. This involves putting a leave-in conditioner or oil on your hair and leaving it in for a while. Oils like jojoba and coconut oil are fantastic for this.Tone down the drying. If you are using a dryer or hot tongs regularly, your hair will start to show some damage--the hot air removes moisture from your hair. Using too hot a setting or holding the dryer too close to your hair will also cause damage.

These are just two examples. Natural search engine optimization is both an art and a science, and these days, there are internet marketing companies that specialize in just this method. These companies use their specific knowledge and skills to work within the ever-changing guidelines to ensure that a website uses only white hat methods to move it up in the rankings. The additional benefit is that this type of optimization will almost always indirectly improve the visitor/customer's experience.  Organic SEO may take longer to achieve results, but is a legitimate, sustainable way to increase a website's ranking in the search engines.

I would spray my hair with this concoction, loosely braid it, let it dry , unbraid it and, voila, sexy beach hair!!

1) Buy a plastic spray bottle from your local drugstore and pour water into it until it is mostly filled.

2) Add a few tsps. of sea salt (make sure it's sea salt and not just table salt). The more salt you add, the more "crunchy," textured, and beach-like your hair will be.

3) You need to add something moisturizing to combat the drying factor of the salt. You can use a little coconut oil, olive oil or even some light conditioner. Just don't add more than a dash so it doesn't weigh down your hair.

4) Add a few drops of essential oil for fragrance and additional benefits. For example, rose essential oil is hydrating and smells great. Choose your favorite oil based on scent and healing properties.

5) Shake all the ingredients really, really well to get the ingredients to mix, or the oil will remain on the surface and the salt on the bottom. Spray all over your hair until very damp.

6) If your hair has a little natural wave, just scrunch your damp locks with your fingers a little and let air dry. If your hair is more naturally straight, you may need to twist your locks. Twist them into buns and pin on your head with bobby pins. When your hair is almost dry, unwrap your locks and shake them out gently.

7) If you plan on being out in the sun and want to add some lightening power, squeeze some lemon juice into your mixture. Then store the mixture in the fridge.

why should I Dye my Beard Silver White Gray?

Last week in a TV appearance, our President was showing a little gray over the ears.  Immediately the pundits starting talking about how the stress of the White House position was already taking a toll on our young President.

There's no question about it – Barack Obama's job is stressful.  Probably no one would debate the fact that it's the MOST stressful job in the USA.

But is he graying because of the job?  Or is he graying because one of his enzyme anti-oxidants is depleted?

The cells in our bodies make several powerful anti-oxidants.  When those are strong and working together our immune systems easily ward off diseases, we feel better, and get better sleep. 

Glutathione, the body's foremost antioxidant is the quarterback.  The backfield is then made up of the other three – Catalase, CoQ-10, and Super Oxide Dismutase (SOD.) These 4 anti-oxidants have been likened to the backfield of a great football team.

Now a team of European researchers are theorizing that the depletion in our Catalase enzyme could be a cause of graying hair.   As you know, anti-oxidants are used by the body to remove dangerous toxins in the body, and maintain our body's chemical balance.  One of the tasks of Catalase is to break down hydrogen peroxide in the body.   When Catalase levels are low, hydrogen peroxide levels are high.

These scientists realized that gray hair is simply the absence of pigment.  They knew that every hair cell makes a little hydrogen peroxide, but over time it builds up in the hair follicles.   They discovered that this buildup ended in blocking the normal synthesis of the natural pigment in the hair, called melanin.

So our hair bleaches itself from the inside out as the hydrogen peroxide builds up and blocks our black, brown, red, or auburn pigments.
