How do I clean a dingy white linen skirt.?

I have a white linen skirt that is a year (maybe 2) old. I have always washed it in the mahine and let it ang dry. When I pulled out my spring clothes, I noticed it is a little dingier than my other white items, and probably needs a good cleaning. The tag says I can use non-chlorine bleach, but I have never bleached anything before and am a little hesitant to do so. Any pointers??

When you wash it put about 1/2 cup of baking soda in with the detergent.It is a very good cleaner for making whites whiter and it will not hurt your skirt.If that doesn't work send it to the cleaners and ask then to whiten it for you.No extra charge.
